DreamrideDreamride's Moab Lodgings

Level 2

With the move to new shop location at 124 West 200 South, and with the closing of our only approved level 1 lodging, the Hotel Off Center, Level 2 lodgings are now prime for those looking for value and convenience. There are three separate places at this price level, all within easy walking distance to our shop. Level 2 lodgings are mostly motel style, with out-the-front-door parking. Alternatives to the motel-style lodgings are a bit more quaint and interesting, though rooms are more contained and enclosed within a building. Just which motel you are booked into depends on how early you reserve and/or whether or not you are booking during peak season. Our preferred Level 2 lodgings are away from Main Street, a block or so from the sound of passing trucks. Our first choice has a refrigerator and coffee maker in room, enclosed jacuzzi, HBO, enclosed bike storage and is within walking distance of our Moab shop.

Level 3

Level 3 is where things start to get nice. Our favorite and most popular Level 3 lodging is located on Main Street. At one time it was the best Moab had to offer, somewhat upscale, well built and laid out, clean and quiet (in our favorite rooms). Amenities include pool and spa, HBO, and continental breakfast. This hotel/inn requires a $5 per day fee to keep your mountain bike in the room, a compromise we arrived at after years of having our clients deal with locking their bikes to the pool fence. It is a half mile from our office, not quite as centrally located as other lodgings listed here, but still close enough to pedal over to us. The local movie theater and junk food restaurants are close by, but all eateries in this area are NOT recommended. This hotel has fine conference rooms and suites, by the way, if you are a corporate group or want something with a separate office space. The private jet tub upgrade is especially appropriate for those who experience back pains after a long ride. The spa has a communal jacuzzi, exercise machines and the pool is indoor-outdoor, the best in town. This is the place where Gena Davis and Susan Sarandon stayed while shooting Thelma and Louise. We book the "movie star" rooms for our clients.

Level 4

moab level 4,5,6 lodgingsWith our new shop location Level 4 are not only the finest, but the most convenient. This is Moab's best in-town lodgings with standard King bed rooms, very nice bathrooms with large shower stalls and a querky western motif that suits the location. The King bed rooms are a tad small, but extremely quaint, clean and comfortable. This locale is just a few steps from our shop, and across from the state liquor store. There is a cozy pool and spa, as well as continental breakfasts (just fair, but decent coffee). There is also enclosed secure bike storage. Clean, quaint, luxurious character to each room. This level is perfect for amorous couples or solos.

Level 5

moab level 4,5,6 lodgingsLevel 5 lodgings are suite/condos in the same location as Level 4. These are much larger than level 4 rooms, with wet bar, kitchenette (microwave & refrigerator), patio or balcony, two separate rooms--one with king size bed, another with queen sized fold-out.

Level 6

moab level 4,5,6 lodgingsLevel 6 lodgings are similar to the suite/condos at level 5, also located next to our shop location near the best services in town. Amenities include wet bar, kitchenette (microwave & refrigerator), fireplace, VCR, jetted tub, spectacular views and oversized patio or balcony. Two separate rooms--one with king size bed, another with queen sized fold-out.
